Ok, även om det var mycket trevligare ute när jag påbörjade detta projekt innan jag blev sjuk så gick måndagen som en dans. Visst jag fick backa i schemat, men det är ok. Idag är så andra dagen denna vecka och det regnar i massor. Men jag gav mig ut i alla fall, där utanför dörren i lite lätt duggregn så kändes det helt ok. Ca 10 min senare vräkte det ner. Häpp. Oroar mig kanske inte så mycket för fortsatt regn under hösten lika mycket som snö och halka. vad gör man då? Springer på gym? Jag får googla på det.
Nästa tur blir på fredag och då väntas uppehåll med glimtar av sol, man tackar!
Hej duktiga du, när vintern kommer springer man på sandade cykelbanor. Om det blir snö vill säga. Även frosten kan vara förrädiskt hal. Men annars köper man skor med broddar. Eller om det låter som ett dyrt alternativ kan man som jag sätta de där broddarna man kan trä på skorna och sätta dem på springskorna. Det funkar bra. Man kan ju såklart springa på löpband också, man missar lite krispig luft, men hinner ofta se lite teve under tiden. ;) Lycka till!
